Tolegen is an expert in financial and tax audit, advisory, due diligence, business processes analysis, implementation and support, and special strategic development unit setting-up.
Holds an LLM degree from KIMEP University. A PhD in Economics and a Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
